Our construction partnership model under the ECOLIT brand focuses on creating a joint venture company with regional partners, emphasizing joint venture opportunities in sustainable construction. We co-invest in establishing production facilities for house kits, lightweight concrete insulation services, and providing support for design and architectural work.

In this construction franchise approach, ECOLIT handles marketing, technical expertise, and ongoing project development and business support, utilizing advanced tools like BIM modeling, ERP, and CRM for customer relationship management. Our joint participation in the region involves opening 1 to 3 (or up to 5) production facilities, with a total production capacity of 20,000 m² (200,000 sq ft) of house kits.
